Arrival in Bangkok, the bustling capital of the Kingdom of Thailand and the economic engine of the country. Upon arrival at the airport, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. Along the way, enjoy your first glimpses of the city skyline. After check-in, the rest of the day is free to rest or explore at your leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.

Today begins with a guided visit to the Grand Palace, an essential stop not only for its stunning architecture but also for its deep cultural and daily significance in Thai life. Within the complex, you’ll find various buildings of different architectural styles, as well as a museum housing thousands of artifacts related to the Thai Royal Family.

One of the main highlights is the Emerald Buddha, one of the most revered images in Thailand. Visitors are expected to dress modestly—shoulders and knees must be covered—as a sign of respect.

Built in 1782, the Grand Palace represents the splendor of the Chakri Dynasty and the founding of modern-day Bangkok.

The tour continues to two of Thailand’s most important temples:

Wat Pho: Home of the famous Reclining Buddha.

Wat Traimit: Known for its solid Golden Buddha.

After the visits, return to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free for leisure.

After breakfast, we depart by road to visit the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. But first, we’ll stop at Mae Klong, home to the unique “Train Market” (Talad Rom Hub). With a bit of luck, you’ll witness the train passing right through the market as vendors quickly fold away their awnings and goods in an astonishingly choreographed routine. This spectacle has also earned it the nickname “Umbrella Market”.

We’ll then continue toward the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Thailand’s most iconic market of its kind. Upon arrival at a nearby pier, we’ll board a motorboat and cruise through the canals that surround the market. Once there, you’ll have free time to explore the vibrant stalls and walk along the waterway paths, soaking in the lively atmosphere.

After the tour, return to your hotel in Bangkok.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your scheduled domestic flight to Chiang Rai, located in northern Thailand. Upon arrival, begin your exploration with a visit to the legendary Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet.

Enjoy a boat ride along the Mekong River, sailing briefly into the waters of Myanmar and Laos, while taking in the stunning landscapes and border culture. You will then visit the Opium Museum, which provides a fascinating insight into the region’s complex history with the opium trade.

After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the unique and thought-provoking Black House (Baan Dam), an unconventional art space created by one of Thailand’s most famous contemporary artists.

Finish the day with a visit to the mesmerizing Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple), known for its rich blue tones, intricate gold detailing, and serene atmosphere.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart by road towards Chiang Mai, often called “The Rose of the North” and the most important city in northern Thailand. With roots tracing back to the ancient Lanna Kingdom of the 13th century, Chiang Mai’s old town is still surrounded by its original moat and remnants of the city walls.

En route, make a stop to visit the iconic Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), a breathtaking piece of contemporary Buddhist architecture known for its dazzling white façade and intricate details.

Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, visit the revered Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, perched at 1,053 meters above sea level and offering panoramic views over the city. This temple is one of Thailand’s most sacred pilgrimage sites.

As this day coincides with the buildup to the Yi Peng Festival, you’ll start noticing festive decorations, lantern stalls, and cultural performances beginning to fill the streets and temples of Chiang Mai.

After breakfast at the hotel, we head out for an unforgettable day immersed in Thai nature and culture. Our destination is Eco Valley Elephant Sanctuary, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with these incredible animals in a respectful, ethical setting.

Begin with a visit to the Elephant Cultural Museum, offering insight into the historical and spiritual significance of elephants in Thai culture. You’ll then help prepare their herbal and fruit-based food—mixing multivitamin balls, bananas, and sugarcane.

Later, learn how to make eco-friendly elephant dung paper, a sustainable tradition that reflects Thai ingenuity. The day continues with a special moment: bathing the elephants beneath a cascading waterfall, a joyful and bonding experience.

In the afternoon, we visit a nearby village to meet the Long Neck Karen tribe. Walk through their traditional homes, meet the women who wear the iconic brass rings around their necks, and gain insight into their unique way of life.

In the evening, Chiang Mai comes alive with the spirit of Yi Peng: temples are illuminated, locals begin releasing lanterns, and festive energy fills the air. This is a perfect time to explore night markets or temple grounds to experience the magical lead-up to one of Thailand’s most iconic festivals.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport at the scheduled time for your domestic flight to Phuket, Thailand’s tropical gem in the Andaman Sea.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax on the island’s stunning beaches, explore its vibrant atmosphere, or simply unwind after your journey.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on an unforgettable full-day excursion to the Phi Phi Islands, a paradise of turquoise waters and dramatic limestone cliffs.

• Phi Phi Don, the larger island, welcomes you with idyllic tropical beaches stretching along its southern and eastern coasts.

• Phi Phi Leh, located further south, features vibrant coral reefs just beneath the surface—perfect for snorkeling.

• Sail through Maya Bay, made famous by the film “The Beach”, and admire its dramatic cliffs and crystalline waters (note: access to the bay is currently restricted to protect the ecosystem).
