1. Reservations and Payments
• A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the trip starts.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be notified in writing.
• Refund policy:
• Cancellation up to 45 days before the trip: 30% of the total (deposit) refunded.
• Cancellation within 45 days before departure: No refund.
3. Changes to the Itinerary
• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political issues, or natural disasters.
• Alternative options will be offered when possible, but any additional costs will be the client’s responsibility.
4. Mandatory Insurance
Clients must have travel insurance covering:

5. Liability and Obligations

6. Health and Physical Condition
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and in good health to participate in the trip.
• It is recommended to consult a doctor before engaging in adventure activities.
7. Visas and Documentation
• Travelers must have a valid passport and visa to enter Sri Lanka.
8. Claims
• Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to the guide or company representative to seek a resolution.
9. Force Majeure
• The company is not liable for events beyond its control, such as:

• Strikes

• Flight cancellations
10. Acceptance of Terms
