1. Reservations and Payments
• To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the trip starts.
• If full payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation may be canceled without a refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be notified in writing.
• Refund Policy:
• Cancellation up to 45 days before the trip starts: 50% of the total trip cost (the deposit) will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 45 days before the trip starts: No refund.
3. Rooming and Shared Accommodation
• The option to book a shared double room with another TravelGirls participant is subject to availability and the confirmation of another reservation in a double room (DBL).
• If no such participant is confirmed, the individual rate for a single-use room (DUS) will automatically apply, in accordance with the rates and payment deadlines published on the website.
• The unavailability of a roommate will not be considered a valid reason for free cancellation. In such cases, if the traveler chooses to cancel, the applicable cancellation fees outlined in the general conditions will apply.
4. Mandatory Insurance
Clients must have travel insurance covering:

5. Liability and Obligations
• The company is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Political issues
• Personal circumstances of the client
• Clients must comply with local laws and follow the guides’ instructions.
6. Health and Physical Condition
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and in good health to participate in the trip.
7. Visas and Documentation
• Travelers must have a valid passport and visa to enter the country.
8. Claims
• Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to the guide or company representative to seek a resolution.
9. Force Majeure
• The company is not liable for events beyond its control, such as:
• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Wars
• Flight cancellations
10. Acceptance of Terms
• By booking a trip, the client automatically accepts these terms and conditions.
