It has an elevation of 96 meters above sea level and an average temperature of 27 °C. Leticia has long been Colombia's shipping point for tropical fish for the aquarium trade. Is located at the point where Colombia, Brazil and Peru come together in an area called Tres Fronteras.

Facing the Caribbean Sea to the west with Cartagena Bay to the south, the city is Colombia's top travel attraction. The city encapsulates all the charm of Spanish colonial architecture. About the destination: The city of Santa Marta, is officially a district tourist, Cultural and historic at the same time the capital of the Department of Magdalena and one of the regions most important in the Caribbean after Barranquilla and Cartagena. The city of Santa Marta used as tourist slogan "the magic of having it all" because it makes more than a hundred beaches and a snowy mountains. This city, located in the Bay of the same name, is one of the main destinations of the Colombian Caribbean. Its location between the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, with the higher peaks of the country, and the Caribbean Sea, they make attractive to visit the variety of fauna and flora that exist in the area, as well as cultural and historical sites that the city has. Makes the target a place with lots of activity throughout the year, both in the high summer season, and in the winter season. But in addition the city is the second oldest of South America, has a unique architectural heritage which already makes the city a tourist destination worth visiting at any time of the year.

About the destination: The Tayrona National Natural Park, located in northern Colombia, is a large protected area that covers the slopes of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, which adjoin the Caribbean coast. It is known for its palm-lined coves, coastal lagoons, tropical forests and rich biodiversity. In the center are the ruins of Pueblito, an archaeological complex accessed through forest paths and featuring terraces and structures built by the Tayrona civilization.
